As for MACA...they saved the company
From collapse when the POG was under $1100 and heading down.
BDR has no cash and owed money
Maca came in and purchased the fleet
Injecting $10 million cash and basically
Worked for no payment for some time.

I think I would have lost my investment
If not for MACA....instead I more than doubled
