According to the January ASX announcement they can pre leach the ore after grinding then use acid to get a concentrate , so maybe no need for a 300,000 ton per annum furnace maybe could do it with a 1/2 tonne per annum furnace (interestingly they are using NaCl (which i guessed at earlier ) rather that HCL (which you mentioned ) to get an Ag precipitate so analagous method to removing Ag before getting the gold in a Merryl Crowe plant .
