It’s quite simple I’d think they are in a hurry to demerge CO2 as it’s not core to the prawn farming business and introduces a risk that someone like Nissau and other potential investors don’t want.
Asx IPO floats you’d never get CO2 floated without a heap of cash. Selling it or making it a private limited company is the best option currently I’d suspect.
