Excuse my ignorance from all this legal stuff, but if there was to be a phoenix from the ashes, do we shareholders still retain our shareholdings, no matter how diluted it may get....or do all shares get written off? I'm just not sure where the company stands at the moment.
If STL is dead and buried, aren't us shareholders supposed to get some official notification from the liquidators?
