re: "I'm quitting forex forever" .. Well MG, most of us here can relate to having felt the 'exact same' at one stage or another (I certainly did - having walked away from forex for 3-4 months!). After some painful losses etc. I decided to change my forex trading approach (albeit as a relative newbie) in trying to pick my battles in choosing the most likely/high probability set up's based on price action candles/chart set up's etc. and guess what, have since had 6 consecutive winning trades albeit over a 3-4week period (main thing is I'm no longer trading impulsively for the sake of trading per say )..... being patient in waiting for these 'prime opportune trading set up's' (which Rick bang's on about in choosing best daily/weekly chart set up's per his sunday preparation plan etc. pay's off imo as well). Glad I didn't give up and decided to come back to forex to give it another shot etc. as am now less anxious/stressed towards my trading........ doesn't mean I won't lose either so am well aware of risks etc. but feel overall more comfortable about it etc. and won't beat myself over it mentally/emotionally (with a loss here or there).

Just my 5cents worth (knowing that we won't ever, ever get it right 100% of the time in our forex calls (impossible) - so be prepared to limit losses as much as possible when things go against you etc. in preserving capital).

    Very best wishes....... Cheers tela
