It seems to me that it is the Korean side that has done all the development and holds all the resources. Pow is a Perth based company and that is where the vanadium battery has been setup and undergoing trials. So it appears Pow is to be more on the marketing side of things while the Koreans continue into the manufacturing and mining.
As I pointed out in my previous post POW is going through a "strategic review" which could mean ?
