They still need 5,562,314 shares before they get to 90%.

Hopefully today's total includes all of those who have run out of patience, or are desperate for the money, or have links to Taurus and Realm. We still haven't seen a change of directors interest from Galt.
The man who wouldn't support a CR at $1 per share price, but is happy for his entity to acquire them from shareholders at that price!

They still need a decent number of holders to accept to get to 90%, given (according to the latest top 20 in the Annual Report) the largest holder (apart from T2) held something like 2.8m shares.

No T20 shareholder needs to declare their acceptance if they have a holding of less than 5%. No one apart from T2 held anything near 5%.

It's going to be interesting to see when the quarterly comes out. The later it is the better it will look in my opinion.
