Well Im in the property game so it makes sense to me too.
The underlying thing for me in the future of investment is the "must have" items in life.
1) Food
2) Property to grow that food on.
3) Property & improvements to process that food in or on.
4) The above are subject to growth synergies for more than just speculative reasons, IMO.
