Hey, have a look at some of the threads in which Russell Rogers is mentioned. He has been employed at 3dp in the last 5 months.

I attended the recent Start Up Grind in which Ian Olson described Rogers and his technical ability as being as rare as Unicorn poop....

It's difficult to work out a persons motivations when as retail investors we are so far removed from the inner workings of a company, but I ask myself this question...

Why would Rogers want to work on something that is not unique?

In my experience technical people of that calibre(particularly in the digital world) are not usually motivated by money but the chance to build something akin to the wonders of the physical world.
