Sounds like you Scalp trades a lot which is always hard to be consistence. I set myself a Monthly Target and aim towards achieving that goal. That way when I have a bad day like all traders, it doesn't faze me. This week in my eyes has been a mixed trading week, average on the longer time frames but bad on the short time frames.
My goal is 10% profit on my total equity by the end of the month but I have no goals I aim for every week. I do have the odd losing week but never a losing month. I think Trumps stuffing up some good trends this week as well as Brexit concerns so I have written this week off as a non event. Some profit but nothing to crow about.
Think I will watch the soccer and read a good book
