Appendix 3E is a daily notice which needs to be lodged with the ASX, the rules are that it needs to be lodged at least half an hour before the beginning of trade on the next morning.

I think it is good that the price has gone up a little bit in the last week, but I am wary because the liquidity is really drying up. You can hardly call it strong price action as price is being determined off of so few trades.
Perhaps everyone who really wanted out is already out?
I am expecting more volatility with this one, swings of +/-5% for the next couple of weeks until we get some good news or a dividend. Just have to try not to get seasick while we are on this roller-coaster.
