There may be many TIS holders still hanging in there. Who knows?
However we do know that there was a shortfall in the underwritten CR of approx 36 mill shares.
It looks to me like these are being drip fed into the sell side @ 100k to 250k lots in a very disciplined manner. Making a quick 30-40%.
