    yep says it in opening title; "Notification of no likelihood of any future distribution to shareholders (ASX:KBL) and options holders (KBLO"
    and;
    "Next steps – shareholders (ASX:KBL) and options holders (KBLO) – no likelihood you
    will receive any further distribution in the course of winding up the Company"

    that means you can write it off as a capital loss for tax year ending 30 June 2018
