Here is a great example of the journey still ahead for Tlou to navigate.

Retender submission;
100MW RFP award;
Negotiate PPA with BPC and Govt;
Appoint EPC to deliver the power station project;
Financial Close so development can begin;
Development period - flow gas, build power station and switch it on;

RFP award maybe by end 2018.  Financial Close (after PPA and EPC signed) could easily be end 2019.  Another year to build and deliver - end 2020.  All for 10MW - if all that effort, then why not go for 50MW initially .....
