Anybody here thinking of attending the EGM? Would be good to get some clarification on what happened with Shuepbach in Uruguay, why they stopped funding and then got involved again. Wonder if we'll ever find out why? I thought maybe a loss of confidence in Casey and Shuep played the only hand they had. Mgmt would never admit to that of course. I'm finding it pretty difficult to want to support resolution 4 esp in DC's case. If holders vote to deny the issue of shares in lieu of outstanding fees then what? Are he and the others entitled to dip into any money raised in the placement? Without the sale of assests or a partner we will be in the same boat Q3 and Q4. This is one meeting I'd like to attend but won't be able. Probably a good thing as I might end up just throwing chairs
