Someone has definitely been capping the stock price for months and been accumulating at lower prices the whole time,seen this so many times in different stocks over the years,this actually gives me a lot of confidence to buy more stock especially at these prices,its a no brainer.Once they have finished accumulating POW will have a big re-rating.Theres so much going for the stock at the moment and patience is the key
