    As we know JMS has taken over its share of marketing Tshipi manganese ore. Originally the three partners has a 33% stake in the marketing of Tshipi Mn via Om Tshipi (s) Pte Ltd  based at OMH Head Office in Singapore.
    From the latest OMH Financial report it would seem that OMH has now taken over the other two shares of Om Tshipi (s) Pte Ltd  and is marketing the other 50%.
