that is probably doing the head in of many that have stayed out of TAR - why would someone sell a harbour front mansion for the price of an outer suburb 1 bedroom unit?

I still haven't got my head around it too but have seen it so many times in the past that highly potential prospects sold for a song and the buyer makes a bazillion out of it... or on the reverse side, some big $ paid for a tenement that turns out nothing but a damp squib...

I guess, we will have to wait and see the drill results only - they will prove if we have been taken for a ride or have we landed a bargain of disproportionate size?
