It's very easy, and safe, to say that NAG will not be a likely takeover target for KLA. Fosterville is unique and has extraordinary assay results. 12000 g/t I think I remember for some sections.

But on this forum, we are permitted to make "what..if" type statements. Geologically we are in similar ground and not far away from Fosterville. The IP looks very interesting.
If we have very good, excellent or spectacular assay results are you saying KLA would not show any interest in NAG and not want to develop the assets and therefore might make an offer?

What if the assays are spectacular?

What makes you say "unlikely"? Assay results not good enough? They're not released yet!! KLA not interested? Why would they be, yet.

Surely, any interest KLA might have in NAG is directly related to what is found in the ground.

My view - it's too early to call.

Holders of speccies are hopeful people. I hope we have spectacular assay results and I hope KLA put in a takeover offer. I hope the offer is one KLA share plus $6 cash for each NAG share.
