a long established criteria of the "shell game" is to try and get in at raise price or below as it greatly reduces your risk.....not saying that everyone can do it though
Given what was sold under the raise, then you would think that supply will be tight until the price has kicked substantially

The thing is the ones in the know sold above 2cents and collected positions again cheaper...anyway system wont change just hope that now we hit 3cents plus
