I agree that the management incentives at 11c is a strong indication that they believe that this is where the share price is heading. I feel unqualified to try to estimate any financial aspects of dr Wilson's motivations (in terms of fractions or multiples of Sydney units) when considering ftt. Hopefully a large part of the decision was a firm belief in the underlying science and business case for the companies platform and for the upcoming results due in Q4.
