Thanks to all - was a great learning curve on how run a take over a target from the inside of the target company and how to get away with a range of questionable antics. I have no doubt this sort of thing will only get worse given the ACCC and ASIC have withered to their thoothless state abdicating all responsibility for corporate policing of ASX listed companies. Still waiting for response from Directors to my series of written questions! Really enjoyed the banter. Kudos to KK for inadvertently bringing my attention to AVB and Kalenn lending the confidence to expand my holdings bythe millions I ended up buying. Thank you!! Over and out.
