Is the t.sage giving Licensed Advice or something here for the potential upside of EUR?

EUR just bought more CVS.  Something is getting ready to pop.  EUR now holds around 35.5 Million shares of CVS.  The t.sage is a lot smarter than all the low information posters or never EUR posters give him credit for.  Will add further value to European Union. If this will add further value to European Union does that mean the shares of EUR that I own could increase in value or something?  Should I buy EUR to buy CVS indirectly or should I just buy CVS?  Or should I just buy both.

Non-Executive Chairman, Tony Sage, said “we are very pleased that this transaction has now completed and we wish CVS all the best in the development of the Paynes Find project and more recently the very high grade results from Albury Heath.” He added “to achieve further returns we decided to take more scrip instead of cash because of the potential upside in the latest results which in turn will further add value to European Lithium."
