With more borrowed eyes, I will be VERY CAREFULLY watching G King's holdings from here on, and even more carefully if and after he is removed from the board (specially if he is replaced as proposed in this announcement and not through an independent 249D which I hope will continue to be in place). Shareholders will have to have the same loss or profit opportunities ("however" it may be happening) as G King at the other end of this (which I anticipate may even take more than a year or so to resolve), or "someone" will have to pay for this mess and our loss as a result of mismanagement, may the case be.
