The same applies though ..One might reasonably expect a great big institution like that to have updated its data collection programs from years ago ....especially if it knew they were erroneous even back then!

..and the sybchronistic noise of grinding teeth just reminded me that around a decade ago my dentist said the field of dentistry is evolving so fast “to stay on top of things basically every three years you have to forget half of everything you learned before”! (Does not apply to financial institutions?)
