Ok, I'll pay that. I'll presume what you are essentially saying is wait 3 months and either a.) do a 249D with the 'right people' in the mix then or b.) hope that GK puts new blood on the BOD, or a completely new BOD, by then that can better direct GPP and restore market confidence in GPP to all including SH. I don't think I have personally attacked you in my posts, but I will withdraw and apologise for my first sentence only in my previous post if that caused offence but it was frustrating reading the threads btw. My posts have been about determining obstacles and way forward btw and likely outcome to SH.

In terms of my posts, I think those who have done the Section 249D are really doing it on the basis they hold the 5% shares so it remains unclear actual intentions of what they intend to do if successful. Have they approached anyone else to take over the BOD role if successful in 249D is a question they can only answer. However, you need to realise it is a catch 22 here - they can only nominate what they have before them based on the SH holding and how a Section 249D works and it is clear they are also very frustrated like other SH at what the BOD here has delivered, but obviously it would be good if the candidates themselves were able to find a 'resource/agriculture' professional with a proven track record in that area as part of their application (but that is a hard ask because frankly who will want to take over the role here without access to the books, given at times there has been a major major major divorce from what the BOD says and actual outcome IMO IMO, eg just look at OHD, so need to understand that as well. For me, and I take your point, if GK was to initiate change he would have done it already at the BOD level so I am not confident, in fact certainly not confident, he will be then instigator of change, but will be pleasantly surprised if he does and installs a new BOD himself, so it boils down to a Section 249D and whether there is a likelihood of better replacements than the current BOD (and I suspect there is but just guessing as couldn't be any worse).
