    It doesn't matter weather it adds up or not, a no brainer to buy $17m worth of cash for $2m in cash plus $8m worth of shares (at 80c mind you) with a 12 month escrow.

    They get my vote!

    p.s. Let's say Ivykoin is worth $0 (not likely) after this, no loss due to the cash within Ivy.
