yep it doesnt add up. counting the value of unallocated tokens is like adding unissued shares to a companies capital base so there is a pretty hefty degree of double counting going on there.

ie just like a re share issue if / when the tokens are allocated then something is received in return eg cash or services etc but until then they have no value.

the deal still looks like a massive winner to me though as it consolidates the platform with CCA and at very low cost. the ivy seed investors win too as they transfer their equity into listed CCA shares that should see the benefit of the platform roll out. ie its a simplification of structure that allows for a focused business going forwards.

Great pick up of CEO too.
