What I see in the Inner West is The Agency everywhere, and McGrath all but disappeared. That discrepancy with The Rocks just highlights that it all comes down to who the individual agent is in each individual area. Whether MEA is a success or not depends on whether John McGrath still has what it takes to build a company that can recruit/train/attract/retain good agents. He did it in the past when he built the company, but rebuilding like that is not the sort of thing that happens overnight - so if there is a rise in July, it's more likely to be speculation than fundamentals.
