23 as I have pointed out on numerous occasions is support / resistance .

There is nothing to be dumb founded about, it is a regular occurrence for a stock to break through resistance (23) to fall back and retest this level (support) .

Ie: resistance becomes support and vice versa.

If you are a follower / student of price and volume you can rest assured this is a more than regular occurrence.
