In my humble opinion QBL just need to get on with building their businesses. Release information when relevant & promote the company professionally with the correct outlets.
Imo drop the HC representative altogether for the time being poor Neil unfortunately is not getting the traction he or the company wants as the majority of threads get hijacked by a few that are then entertained by the company.
This a perfect example why the vast majority of other companies (maybe all others) discussed on HC do not have a rep answering questions. Sounds great in theory but the practicality of it misses the mark and imo is looking unprofessional.
It is pretty obviously a couple of posters have been burnt in the past with previous ventures QBL have entertained. But who really cares what a couple of disaffected posters think of QBL provided it is not defamatory. The amount of oxygen given to a few disaffected is disappointing to say the least.
Though not to saying their contribution to the discussion is not valuable !!! Its just got to saturation point
