Bullish Sign? - Bounced off 200 EMA, page-1947

It seems to me that - price wise - we are currently just about where we were when we fell into the boring tunnel hole after news of TBM-related. sink holes appearing at the Perth airport .
...followed by was some opportunistic shorting and selling to drive the price down past sell points .

But while we are back now , close to last March in price, we have actually genuinely taken that ‘ step change in scale ‘ we were promised when Golding was bought ie we eon:
-the ECI involvement with Rio
-Baralaba North Coal mine
- extension to Curragh
- extension to Isaac Plains East
And finally an operational update explaining that all the work gained in recent months has had a significanct impact on our earnings .

So price has bolted back to that upper median line where it is currently loitering wondering what to do whilst some strong accumulation goes on
( including an off market spend of more than a quarter of a million dollars after lunch today and around $300,000 after market close yrsterday - both at $1.70)

But where to next ?
Are we undervalued now or were we over valued last March ...
Or both
Or neither?
