SWOT Analysis, page-15

I think the strengths outlined in the first post and in Ironlungs post hit most of my thoughts from a positivity perspective.

My main concerns:
1. The MD's comments re financing in the presentation video.  I don't believe this has been answered satisfactorily yet. That's a big exaggeration to make. So it's either a straight up lie or the truth.
If it's the truth then how much additional info are being given behind closed doors that us schmucks don't get?
If it's a lie how many other lies have been thrown around and what are they?

2. The actual resource and the feed grade. As far as I could see (admittedly a long time since i looked at it) there is only decent grades in Lucknow and Kokomo. I couldn't see how these figures mixed with the wider lower grade figures would result in a consistent feed grade for so many years. I am purposely not quoting figures because i don't have time to go back over them. I did query this a while ago but did not get a satisfactory response. I did want to re-look at this with the inclusion of additional info from the recent drill planning announcement. Maybe over the next couple of days.

3. The whole shamozzle with the delayed BFS. I saw a response in the other thread from Sophia which attempted to explain it but I don't think it's adequate. If it is truly because of not looking at that drill data until a very late stage then that is a major oversight. I'd be turfed from my job with that mistake. I don't see how they could have 3 plant locations and then suddenly none.
Additionally, why does the plant location delay things by 3 months? Just move it somewhere else that suits. They're not doing any detailed civil design re cut/fill, drainage, internal services etc for the plant at this stage so it doesn't really matter from that sense. Haul distances? Why does it matter if it's 100m/500m to the North/South/East/West of where they had planned? And where did they come up with the 3 plant locations originally? I'm getting a bit ranty. This point#3 really annoys me from a planning perspective. I don't think we know the real reason for the delay.
