There never was any point arguing. You just were dismissive of my, and other poster's, "best guess" what the tenement might be worth. In other words - speculating. Because this is a spec stock, and there is NO "EVIDENCE". Just guesses based on comparisons and logic.

You presented no logic or reasoning as to why this guesstimate of a valuation should be dismissed, instead presenting your own wild guesses based on nothing but thin air.
