Yes interesting. But both will continue on as Director's ! Can understand that a new CEO may want some space to run the ship, but if they were "forced out" as you suggest, having them remain as Directors would not achieve very much at all. Jason's resignation at least says "personal reasons" whereas Matt had no such reason. I did think it a strange comment though when it said "we look forward to continued association with Matt and wish him well" (before saying they would remain Directors).

Was that there way of saying he is not going too far or perhaps to a friendly associate in 3 months time ?

Maybe we are reading too much between the lines and he simply left the executive role and wants to remain involved as a non executive. Time will tell.
