If I am understanding you correctly, this does not make sense. Why would you need to use an external pharmacy's prescription while you are in hospital?
Anyone admitted to hospital will usually take some of their medication with them for their stay which they are allowed to do. If they don't have any of their medication, or are taken in an emergency, they only need to advise their doctor what medications they need and the hospital will provide the medication (from the in-house pharmacy) for the duration of their stay.
I'm using personal experience here.
