Yes will be interesting to read the fine print. I think the business is almost stuffed. I was very surprised at the level of the SP a few years ago.
They have been diverting resources away from print to try to move into the more sexy IT industry. The problem is that the print business was generating the profit!!!
Going to be also interesting to see how the merging of EFEX Group and TOT ( major QLD based KM supplier own by Flexi Group) works out.
They missed the opportunity to buy TOT from FXL and fold it in, and now many have allow the creation of a major competitor.
