Yes.
Rejecting Chinese investment is mostly just nuts.
There are about 65 Chinese for every Aussie. Unless we expect the Chinese to just stay on the bones of their bum and remain poor, it is reasonable to expect there might be a bit of Chinese money looking for investment homes.
