well if we are going to discuss confusing things why have I all of a sudden become"worthy" of your reply, remember you said I wasnt, any way once again you have interpreted what I said, whilst the 249D was quicker then a class action does not suggest for one moment I support a 249D, I oppose it very strongly from the start to the finish, and yes once they do the numbers, find it it is futile they WILL pull the 249D, as you have been advising everyone and even pinkie38 has been groaning the fact that management for the past 10 years say they are going to do this or that and do nothing, you want us all to believe now if they come out with a "good plan" today that is going to be for the betterment of shareholders then it will be pulled, you are an insult to shareholders intelligence, this 249D is the most ludicrous company destroying thing that has happened in the last 10 years, how dare you and the RMs do this to the shareholders, I said from day one regardless of the outcome of a 249D if it is put in motion the company is doomed to a long road to recovery 12-24 months, I am still thinking suspension today, maybe now GK knows if he can word the announcement fluffily that the 249D will be pulled, because if the wannabes think the announcement is best for shareholders they will pull it, then GK wont suspend it, this is not a game either the RMs believe it is best or not or are they going to every time they disagree with GK pull a 249D out and demand they get this or that, sounds like spoilt brat tactics to me and you want shareholders to vote for them, good luck
