Lazurus has said one thing right, and that's the Australian market is the most important. They have distribution, they have shelf space, they have retailers. (API, IGA, priceline) So what's the problem? Australian customers don't buy this copy-cat product. Why should Australians trust a man and his dog with no experience in this space? (Remember lazurus was in the vocational training sector)
Just look at thier iterations of thier cans. From kangaroos, Chinese writing on it, to wattle branch. There is no consistency at all.
Where did Bal and A2 start? Well they built demand locally first then it spread organically to overseas markets. Wattle is trying to do it the other way around.
