Yeah agree with you but I was wondering if the PEL 102 announcement might be helping the market to recognise the intrinsic value of the other PEL's that STU holds.
Today's rise is a little more than the normal daily rises over the last few weeks and considering that about 80% of the market is on holidays, I was looking for some other explanation to the rise.
