tuts, really, fooca has been winding you guys up for 2 years and you havent noticed, my agenda as you call it is not an agenda, I said from the moment that the 249D was mentioned it was the wrong thing to do, I responded the best way I know how when I was attacked by a certain group of wannabes, I realise something has to be done and I have put forward my thoughts that were met with criticism and attacks, now there is a possibility this 249D if successful, the new board members may look to find suitable board members, to me they should have approached suitable board members first then served the 249D, if this is the case and I am not saying it is, the whole thing looks like a rush job, tomorrow should be an interesting day where I still feel it could go into suspension, I would personally offer GK the OHD and let him move on with it, and start again, you have a shell company with or without the OHD, then the new board can drive this train to glory, but believe me GK is not going anywhere without the OHD, cheers
