Do you know if the relationship with Ntsimbintle results in them having an interest in the two new mines planned or under development.

Taken from a recent OMH update is

OMH has an effective 13% interest in Tshipi through its 26% strategic partnership with
Ntsimbintle Mining (Proprietary) Limited, the majority (50.1%) owner of Tshipi.

However

If you go to the Tshipi website and look at the ownership structure that implies the interest in tshipi is through Mainstreet 774 Pty and looks more like a jv with Ntsimbintle

If anyone knows what the relationship is and if the interest is restricted to Tshipi or otherwise I would much appreciate if they will share
