I attribute nearly all the near term value in both companies to the Torrens project. While I agree that AIS is better value at the current MC, I think the ARE SP is more sensitive to Torrens once the excitement gets going. ARE are running the project and I think the media will focus on them.
My aim is to get to 50:50 between the two companies, but it is very hard to buy any significant amount of AIS without driving up the SP.
