This is incorrect, if the bid fails they have the right , according to the offer , to void acceptances . And further to this T2 have given an undertaking to the takeovers panel that they will not make their offer unconditional without notice to the panel as you have stated that they have already . So have they given notice to the panel ? This should make it clear to you . Anyway that’s my final say so if u don’t get it we will just have to disagree.
