I honestly don't know whether to offer my condolences or congratulations, i held this stock for years up until a couple of months ago and planned to buy in again as soon as i got back to Aus, personally i really liked the EMC plan of having a combined wave/solar/battery grid all made in house. This comes as a huge shock.
The optimist in me wants to say the BOD did this because they got a great deal and have a solid, well laid out plan for the future of the company........the realist in me, much jaded by experience, tells me its going to be a terrible deal, there is no plan, and this will be one of a string of bumps in a steady decline into administration.
