2- then thought, "if we r going, we take gpp with us", perhaps knowing more than SHs about prospects of projects? them maybe "mates" were thiught of to acquire gpp,
3- delay 249D till the "acquisition" of GPP is underway, voted by those who hold most votes?
... all a theory ... but all perhaps within the realm of possibilities ...?
