Just doing the numbers on the first tranche of C$4M. Assuming AUD and CAD are equal and current market cap is A$32M then 8% is currently worth $2.56M. However BRL is paying $4M for 8% so they are paying 1.56 times current value = 12.5c x 1.56 = 19.5c per share.
