ijh, I don't think that is what's going on here. Talking with MK I can tell you right now that he believes VERY strongly in the future growth potential of MON and he has stated to me that he wants to buy everything he can of MON at these levels.
Whether it's ethical or not I think he is standing by his word and is using every vehicle he can to increase exposure to MON. Even if that means using other companies he has a interest in to get that exposure.

Very shrewd, or just very dumb.
