For me though, i would trust those in HC who were to initiate 249D. So, I would be more inclined to know if those from HC are also the ones who initiated the announced 249D ... as they have my vote. Otherwise given the quick check that i did on their number (diconnected or wrong) and an indication of a closed company, i may have more questions to seek answers to.
